The Cagayan Library Consortium (CLC) truly outdid themselves, proudly presenting a spectacular 35th Library and Information Services (LIS) Month celebration! On November 14, 2025, Robinsons Place Tuguegarao was transformed into a hub of creativity and youthful energy. This year’s event was meticulously designed to showcase the extraordinary talent of Cagayano youth, and it certainly delivered!
The heart of the celebration was a series of engaging and spirited competitions. Participants from various schools across Cagayan demonstrated exceptional skill and artistry in Tandem Storytelling, captivating audiences with their dramatic flair and collaborative narratives. The Cosplay competition was a visual feast, with stunning costumes and creative interpretations of beloved characters. And the Jingle-Making contest had everyone tapping their feet and humming along to catchy, original tunes.

Beyond the individual brilliance on display, the collaborative spirit throughout the day was truly inspiring. Students, teachers, and parents worked together, supporting each other and celebrating the joy of learning and creativity. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, applause, and a shared sense of community. On behalf of the MCNP-ISAP library, we extend our sincere appreciation to our incredibly talented Ms. Noella Barroga, a Custom Administration student, for her outstanding and memorable participation in the COSPLAY competition. Her performance was made even more special by the unwavering support of Dr. Michael Suldan, Dean of the CBEM department. Their dedication and creativity added an extra spark to an already unforgettable event! The 35th LIS Month celebration was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended and reaffirming the importance of libraries and information services in fostering a vibrant and creative community.
