Graced by Hon. Governor PGen. Edgar B. Aglipay (Ret.) and led by Provincial Librarian Mr. Michael A. Pinto, the event honored the milestones and the strong collaborations that continue to make CPLRC thrive.
Proudly recognized was the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines as an active member of the Cagayan Library Consortium and a key partner in the successful Provincial Book Fair during the Library and Information Services Month!
