The Fellowship Night marked the grand culmination of the 35th Library and Information Services (LIS) Month Celebration, perfectly coinciding with the observance of Librarians’ Day on November 30. This convergence elevated the gathering to an even more significant highlight within this year’s LIS festivities.

The program showcased the highly anticipated Search for the Outstanding Cagayano Librarian, a distinguished honor bestowed upon librarians who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, unwavering dedication, and a remarkable impact on their respective communities. Ms. Merlie M. Narag, Chief Librarian of MCNP-ISAP, who received recognition and was awarded the esteemed title of 3rd Runner Up in the Outstanding Cagayano Librarian category. This accolade underscores Ms. Narag’s steadfast commitment and invaluable contributions to the library community.
